Alles in allem so, wie in einem 4-Sterne Hotel zu erwarten. Allerdings zu wenige Parkplätze vor Ort, und als Ausweichparkplatz nur eine matschige Wiese. Der Frühstückskaffee kommt dierekt aus einem Kaffeevollautomaten. Das ist nervig laut und bei hohem Gästeaufkommen zudem unpraktisch.

accueil très désagréable pour 4 étoiles

Nous avons séjournés dans l'hôtel pour passer la nouvelle année 2 ans de suite. La réservation par hotels.com de l'après-midi n'était pas connue de l'hôtel à notre arrivée le soir. Le monsieur à l'accueil n'était pas du tout agréable et avenant à notre égard au vu de la situation : mauvais accueil pour un hotel 4 etoiles, réservation absente dans son système malgré un email de confirmation et paiement d'avance, le booking des hôtels difficile pour cette soirée du nouvel an et remarques désobligeantes au regard de notre expériences passées dans ce type d'hôtels. Nous avons tout de même eu une chambre mais qui ne correspondait pas à notre réservation : lits séparés au lieu de queensize bed. Dédommagement refusé, nous avons demandé d'avoir le petit déjeuner offert pour la peine... nous ne reviendrons plus dans cet hôtel malgré les efforts de l'hôtesse du lendemain matin beaucoup plus agréable. Nous conseillons à cet hôtel de changer d'egard sur notre génération (30 a 40 ans) et style de vie (style vestimentaire pas trop cher) car je considère que nous sommes l'avenir des hôtels et non pas un poids. J'espère que cela n'arrivera pas à d'autres clients car pour nous cela a gâché notre séjour à Dortmund.
