Beautiful rooms. The Scandinavian minimal design is warm and calming. Great, friendly staff. Generous and tasty breakfast spread. Beautiful waterfront setting. But the most outstanding part is the stunning Panorama sauna. If you have a chance to attend a sauna ritual, I would highly recommend it. It's an extraordinary experience!

Hotel J is in a beautiful quiet setting on Nacka Strand, with lovely views out over the water and close to the regular boat service. My stay was very peaceful and relaxing. I loved the breathwork session at the hotel on Saturday morning and i also had an amazing massage. I highly recommend a stay here.

Beautiful location close to the city and close to nature! One caveat: Due to strong wind balcony doors, which were not fastened, were banging around the whole night. The whole building was shaking and several guests could not sleep. An easy technical fix could help here when people forget to close their balcony doors during strong wind.

Bad lighting in bathroom

Overall a beautiful place with great service. Just a couple of things. The bathroom lighting was very dark and impossible to do makeup, shaving etc. One mirror placed on floor against wall due to a third bed. Mirror fell over and frame got damaged and was taken out while room was cleaned and never replaced, so all we had was the mirror in the dark bathroom.

The hotel is in an amazing set. The room has a good size and plenty of outdoor area to enjoy in the sun. Breakfast also get 5 stars. The only downside is Restaurant J. Probably the worst service I’ve ever experienced. We came there 20:30 for dinner and was met by very rude staff. We sat with empty glasses, no one asked if the food was ok, we had to ask 4 times for the dessert we ordered as one by one of the staff forgot us. No smiles, no feeling of being welcomed. Just staff who came across as annoyed we were there. Absolutely the worst I’ve ever experienced.
