This place was scary. Individuals sitting in front of room yelling and cursing. Loud rap music playing by ground floor room. Did not use the ground floor room at al. Blinds were broken, you could see right in. Totally misrepresented in pictures. Sketchy!!

The front desk staff were kind, pleasant and helpful. The room was tidy but the room walls and floor were in desperate need of care. Paint coming off walls in the bathroom. The baseboards showed the most dirt and scuff marks and unknown extra coverings. I don't know for sure how secure the toilet was to the floor.

The lady at night was very rude and told my 70 yrs old mother whom asked to use the bathroom to go down the street or wait for her room and had no personality. Little riff raff but overall was good room wise but front office night lady sucked badly

Please do not stay here. It’s a nightmare. Roach infested and not safe. I couldn’t get onto my room due to broken handle. I would have taken pictures but I was scared and left asap. People live there full time and sit on folding chair smoking outside their door. The manager refused a refund and never took call from Hotels.com
