The front desk staff were kind, pleasant and helpful. The room was tidy but the room walls and floor were in desperate need of care. Paint coming off walls in the bathroom. The baseboards showed the most dirt and scuff marks and unknown extra coverings. I don't know for sure how secure the toilet was to the floor.

This seems to be a transit motel. People milling outside their rooms, smoking and blasting music. The room next to me was a hoarder situation. We left right after seeing our rooms. Picture of room DOES NOT actually represent the room. We did not feel safe at this resort to the point we left and got rooms at another resort.

We are traveling for work and didn’t know what to expect with Suburban. We were pleasantly surprised by the decency of the rooms and appreciate the kitchenette. The staff members are super friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again. 🙂

I gave the hotel an average rating because it was clean, the bed was comfortable, and it was quiet, but I'dsay overallit'sbelow average. Traveling alone it was okay but I wouldn't take a family there. I didn't realize that it was a long stay hotel. The room is not fancy, no frills, and for $77 a night I'd say I got what I paid for. Some of the electrical outlets didn't seem to work and the shower pressure was weak. Check in and check out was good, friendly staff.

For a budget priced property, i was highly impressed here versus a couple others in the area. The staff was friendly, helpful, professional, etc etc. I know the area quite well and was in town for a family wedding and i didn't want to spend a fortune on lodging for just me. Clean room, great staff, parking, right where i wanted to be. Nearby properties are almost if not all much higher priced with no better accommodations. The night before i checked in I was up the road a half mile or so and while an ok place with a pool, the price hurt to pay. Especially when the iron in the room was broken and the free continental b fast featured broken machines and slim pickings. Here it's set up as an efficiency apartment with dishes,, cookware, etc and I just borrowed an iron when i needed it. When I'm back in the area, I'll stay there again...e

My stay at Suburban Studios was excellent. The rooms were clean, as was the bathroom, and the bed was spotless. What I liked and was most surprised about was the check-in time. It was around 12 pm, and they allowed me to check in early thanks to the front desk manager, Liz Davis. I was able to shower and rest before continuing my vacation and celebrating Valentine's Day on Saturday the 14th at Suburban Studios. Thanks to Suburban Studios!

The room was ok except sticky spots on floor that wouldn’t come up. The lady at night was very rude and told my 70 yrs old mother whom asked to use the bathroom to go down the street or wait for her room and had no personality. Little riff raff but overall was good room wise but front office night lady sucked badly
