Dirty floors in hallways, doors not working, elevator made scary noises. Of the three rooms we got, only one was clean. The other two had dirty floors, unorganized pillows, a bathroom door that wouldn't close, and stains on tables (Blood?). They gave us a room that was already reserved and had someone in it at first, and I had to go back down later to get a key card that worked.

Don’t stay here

It was the worst stay I have had. The hotel is under construction which I was not told when I booked it Pictures of the rooms and hotel were not true to what you receive. The location is in a very bad part of the town. Staff told us that we would have to leave unless my husband removed his guns from the room. Alaska is an open carry state. There is nothing on their website nor posted at the hotel stating that you can not have guns on the property. It is not safe to place them in a vehicle due to homeless people hanging out in the parking all hours. We did not feel safe. And we checked out early after one night. They changed us our entire booked stay of 7 days.
