had a very disappointing experience at this hotel and would not recommend it.
Upon arrival, I was given the wrong room and had to challenge this with reception. It felt like there was reluctance to provide the room I had actually paid for, which was frustrating and not what you expect after a long journey. Instead of resolving the issue smoothly, the situation was handled poorly and added unnecessary stress to the start of my stay.
The reception staff were unwelcoming and came across as rude and dismissive throughout. There was a clear lack of professionalism and basic customer service skills. Rather than feeling like a valued guest, I felt like I was being treated as an inconvenience.
Overall, the experience left me feeling uncomfortable and frustrated. A hotel stay should be relaxing and straightforward, but this was the opposite.
I won’t be staying here again and would recommend others consider alternative options, especially if good customer service matters to you.
