The entry door from the garage was broken. There was no sign to indicate that it was broken therefore I was locked out and had to walk around on the street to get back in. The lock on my room door stopped working and I was told to lift the door for it to lock. I was flabbergasted. Each time we closed the door we needed to lift the door. No one from the front desk offered apologies, offered another room, or offered a discount. Nothing was said, not even a we are sorry for your inconvenience, which is awful customer service. For 2 days, to lock our door, we were left lifting a heavy door. A better hotel was a block away. Lesson learned. Pay the extra money!
