Everything! This place is a disaster and a nightmare starting with the front desk. I feel violated and disappointed. This place is a joke! U over book and get rid of people by calling the cops all while offering no resolution and charging my card anyway. My anniversary ruined and I was 2 hours away.

Checkin was very slo. Then the key card did not work. Finally got that fixed and found that the tv did not work. The microwave did not work. I made a reservation for 2 adults and we had 1 towel and no soap or shampoo. When i tried to checkout, nobody was tending the checkout desk.

Room is loaded with ROACHES. The stove doesn't work it comes on for like 1 minute then beep saying it's to hot and it goes off The people next door keeps fight to where I had to call the police I got no sleep keep in mind I work 12 hours and come back to rest was a nightmare. Would not recommend or stay here again.
