Our bedroom furniture had a lot of damage… Which is concerning because at the end of the trip I do not want to be accused of doing damage. My son and I were hardly in the hotel. The staff were very nice and helpful. The place itself showed cleared signs of its age and for the cost we could’ve stayed somewhere nicer.

Room was clean along with the bathroom. Afternoon staff on Nov 7, 2025 was excellent. Very friendly and asked if there was anything they could do to make our stay better. Lobby and breakfast area were very nice and clean. We also liked tat the parking lot had wonderful bright lights. We cam back from an event after Baran’s it was nice the parking lot was well lite. Thanks for a nice stay!

The hotel itself wasnt awful. We got there on a friday, all was fine until about 11pm when all of the other rooms around us who apparently knew eachother started yelling at eachother, slamming doors non stop, all while my kids are asleep. I politely asked them to please just quiet down a bit and please stop slamming doors. They were respsectful so i thought. About 2p minutes later right back to it, i went to the front desk at about 12:30 and told them this was ridiculous, so at 12:30 in the morning we were switched rooms. I had to carry the kids to a new room just to be put next to a couple arguing. The guy at the front desk was wonderful and he wdnt to their room to quiet them down, he even offered a refund for our stay. If i actually get it who knows. I definitely wont be back either way.
