I stayed 4 nights and the room was clean and comfortable but it was starting to look older but they seem to be doing the best they can to maintain and upkeep the rooms and amenities and the staff were very friendly and very professional I felt very safe and very comfortable I will be coming back to this establishment

Great room for stop over or a few days. Secure parking is a bonus. Rooms are clean and bathroom is dated but useable. Bed was comfortable. No noise outside after pool closed on time. Late check in instructions very clear and precise and had no trouble self checking in. Have stayed here many times.

Great position, clean room with clean linen. Kitchenette with microwave and electric jug. A bedspread or bed cover would have been appreciated. Security gate locked at 10pm so after returning from a concert our car had to remain on the street for the night. Overall a clean, low cost accomodation option close to the hospital and esplanade.
