Excellent airport hotel for a long layover. Easily accessible from the airport maglev station (you can't miss the hotel signage and its lift). Rooms were comfortable and quiet. Mattresses quite firm. Would book again for a sleep and a shower during a long layover.

Good affordable basic accommodations. Great for sleeping off a long flight from the US, as it is easy to walk through the airport to get there. This hotel is located inside Pudong Airport, making it very convenient for travelers to access any terminal. The hotel staff were very warm and attentive. Normal check-out time is 12:00 PM, but because my flight was at 8:55 PM, they let me stay until 2:00 PM for free. Since I needed to stay in the room longer, they only charged me for three hours, allowing me to stay until 6:00 PM. The room was also very clean and comfortable, and the housekeeping staff were available promptly. However, because the hotel is inside the airport, it's quite noisy, and the soundproofing isn't very good. I could hear planes taking off and landing, and I could clearly hear people talking in the corridor.
The hotel is right next to a subway station, and there are also restaurants and supermarkets nearby.
The room window faces Terminal 2.

The location is good and the price is right. It took me forever to find the room (the second digit in the room number is the floor, not the first, which confused me to no end!). There is no fitness center, so I jogged laps in the parking lot. The walls are thin, but they do provide ear plugs. All in all, it served its purpose. The convenience store in the lobby is nice, and there are some decent restaurants in the mall-like part of the airport below the hotel.
