Fabelhafte Umgebung, beim Einchecken eine wundervolle total liebe Mitarbeitern (polnisch sprechend) , Essen super lecker, die ganze Anlage sehr sehr sauber. Das einzige was gefehlt hat war der Whirlpool der außer Betrieb war, das war Schade. Wir kommen mit Sicherheit bald wieder. Monika Wieczorek

Te duur voor wat je krijgt

Het personeel bij de receptie is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De kamers beschikken niet over airco ( hetgeen vooraf bekend was) maar de temperatuur regeling in de kamers werkt niet. Doordat het buiten warm was en de zon op het raam stond was er geen manier om de kamer op een normale temperatuur te krijgen. Bij de receptie wel een kleine ventilator gekregen. De koelkast in de kamer werkte niet. De douche is misschien wel design maar laat zich lastig bedienen. De straal laat zich niet richten en de knoppen gaan stroef waardoor je een te harde straal of te warm of te koud water hebt.

Nice hotel to enjoy the Hennasee

The hotel was fine and was situated in a great location to enjoy the lake. The breakfast was excellent, and the restaurant was good even if the menu was a bit limited and slightly expensive. We booked a lake facing room with a balcony which on the whole was very nice. A couple of issues did come up. 1) There is no air-conditioning in the rooms meaning in hot weather the heat in the room was oppressive. 2) There was only a 1m wall between the balconies however no higher partition which limited privacy.

Beim Check-In wurde darauf hingewiesen, nach Möglichkeit keine tägliche Reinigung zu beanspruchen (angebliche Corona-Empfehlung der Regierung). Nach dem Aufenthalt gehe ich eher davon aus, dass es hier um eine Kosten-Reduzierung geht. Denn trotz Corona, wurde Buffet angeboten, Gäste ohne Mundschutz wurden "übersehen" und es gab mehrere Situationen, die nicht mit Corona vereinbar sind (überfüllte Kneipe, Bar, Buffet). Beim Frühstück habe ich nach einem Omlett gefragt. Dies schien einer Überforderung gleich, wurde abgelehnt und ich solle dieses beim nächsten Aufenthalt vorab bestellen...
