We booked two nights, but only stayed for one because we were so uncomfortable trying to sleep on that mattress. The bath towels were old, cheap tiny and thin. I would not bring my family here or recommend it to my friends. The pictures make it look really nice, but in person it’s a whole other story. Staff was very nice.

This place was terrible! I never write reviews and can usually live with less than ideal, but the sheets were dirty and they gave us literally zero towels. Our flight got canceled and we couldn't fly out until the following evening, so we thought we'd spend the day in Miami Beach. We didn't check in until late, dropped our bags, then went to grab a late dinner. We didn't get back until midnight, which is when we saw the dirty sheets. By then the front desk was not staffed, so we couldn't ask for clean sheets. I would have gladly changed them myself. Plenty of other not great things, but the dirty sheets really did it for me. I would be shocked if they ever have anyone stay more than once. The only upside is that my husband and i will be laughing about this ridiculous place for years to come.

The air conditioner wasn’t working. They put a portable one at the outside door, so the door had to stay open. The “hot” tub was never hot, the jets didn’t work and the water was green. The plastic was cracked and it drained constantly right in front of the door! The towels were the size of hand towels. No towels for the hot tub usage. Shampoo and conditioner was a tiny pouch for two people! The soap was a 1x2” bar that fell apart on day one. The toilet paper roll holder fell off. We had to ask for more toilet paper and towels. There were no tissues for the tissue box. We had to leave our drivers license to “use” the hairdryer from the front desk. The continental breakfast was sliced white bread. Your choice of fruit loops or captain crunch cereal. The coffee was always empty and the few boiled eggs didn’t last long. The table on the patio had legs that rusted off and the planters were all broken with sun bleached plastic flowers that need to be thrown away! The “secret garden” is NOT recommended at all!! We paid $1980 for 4 nights and expected the penthouse to be much more than what we got!! Don’t waste your money!!!!

Det utlovas fön på rummet, det saknades. Badhanddukarna var så små att knappt ett barn hade blivit torrt. Continental frukost bestod av ägg, smör, kaffe, kanterna på ett vanlig rost-franska, inte mittendelen utan bara kanterna (!) dessutom torra. I sängen var det plast, nästan som en pressening som prasslade när man vände på sig. Rummets ac/värme fungerade inte och då det var så kallt när vi var där var det för kallt inne på rummet.

Room was very nice and clean. No amenities…had to ask for towels, wash cloths bar soap, etc. No hair blow dryer available. “Breakfast” was terrible. Not much! The person serving and making the coffee would NOT make anymore. I only got one cup of coffee and my wife didnt get any…the person said it would take her an hour to make more!!!! REALLY??!! She was very rude. It was a cool place, but, those issues was a BIG turn off!

Room not properly cleaned. No towels for the guest. No tissue paper, no toilet paper. Left overs in the fridge from previous guests. Breakfast was pitiful; only a few eggs, the bread offered was frozen and only the ends of the loaf. This was at the beginning of breakfast service. The attended during breakfast was rude and talking in the phone through her AirPods. Not attending to guests. The pictures on the site are not accurate of what you see in real life. The only thing that saves this place is Terry at the Front desk. Aside from that AVOID this place!!!!! You have been warned 😁

Location was good, and building exterior was nice. When we arrived to our room, the towels were not replenished, and the garbage cans not emptied. We had to leave a DL at the desk to get a hairdryer as none were available in the room. Air conditioner not working, so we were offered a 50% refund that I have to initiate from Hotels.com. Breakfast was substandard. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this hotel.

Worst Hotel Experience in Miami – Never Again This was hands down the worst hotel stay I’ve ever had in Miami. Absolutely unacceptable from start to finish. First, they charged a cleaning fee for four days, yet housekeeping showed up only once. What exactly was I paying for? Definitely not cleanliness or service. Any time I asked for help, no service was provided. When I requested fresh towels, I was flat-out told they had none. How does a hotel not have towels? Breakfast was a complete joke — just coffee and boiled eggs. That’s it. No options, no effort. I literally said “WTH?” out loud. The front desk staff were rude and arrogant. When my key card stopped working (which happens all the time in hotels), instead of fixing it professionally, they said, “We can’t keep doing this,” as if it was somehow my fault. Zero customer service, zero accountability. This place does not deserve to call itself a hotel. Poor service, hidden fees, rude staff, and no basic amenities. Worst Miami stay experience ever. I will never come back and strongly suggest others avoid this place too.

Breakfast was terrible. If you want to call it breakfast. We checked in on a Wednesday out on Saturday. Never had our room serviced at all. No clean towels didn’t even provide replacement toilet paper. I would not recommend. Location was good.

Check in starts at 4:00. No staff was available until 4:30 and then their computer was down. I was given the room key card since I pre checked in online but the room needed to be cleaned. On the floor, behine the sink was towels and toiletries left from a previous customer. The tub had hair left behind. The clean towels that were provided to me had hair that wasn’t mine.
