This hotel is pretty run down and outdated. We are not super picky but our hotel room as well as the hotel in general, looks great from the outside, but the inside is falling apart in many places (cracks in ceiling and walls, broken tiles on the bathroom floor, water damage in the bedroom ceiling, major carpet stains, leaking faucets and dirty/chipping tub finishes. It was a disappointment for the price we paid.

It was a nice place. Breakfast left a little to be desired. Ran out of plates. Pastries were frozen solid. Grabbed an expired yogurt. I scrounged around and found something to eat, but the experience at breakfast was, "meh".

The room was pretty clean - i'd say a B+. the foyer was dirty, the check in desk, the seating area was actually fine. the check in guy was not pleasant - Matt. the next morning guy was nice enough. There was NO coffee or breakfast the next morning!! YIKES I paid alot for an ave room and there was no coffee. I know the front desk guy was sick with a cold, but there has to be someone else that can come in as a sub? Plus, there was a druggie who asked me for money in the parkinglot= i wasn't afraid of him, but he startled me. Won't be staying there again - and I go thru the area a few times a year.

Room had huge wads of black hair, curled into a ball, in 2 separate places. I took photos. The most disappointing thing, was the indoor pool. We only stayed there because the pool was supposedly heated. Ice cold. Useless.

The door was open when we first walked in. It didn’t latch right. The sink spayed on my phone when I washed my face (the only concern hotel staff addressed was the sink) There was hair in the bed and towels. Syrup on the top blanket. The tv didn’t work. Had breakfast at 8am and it wasn’t great . The potatoes were hard. Addressed some concerns to the hotel staff at checkout and she said she would send maintenance to fix the sink but didn’t address my other concerns. Told me to contact hotels.com I told her I wasn’t looking for compensation just wanted to bring it to their attention bc I’ve stayed previously and this was the first poor experience When I contacted hotels.com I was told the hotel representative said ‘they were told these issues had to be addressed during the stay..’ (I wasn’t told that) and said ‘each room was cleaned. ‘ Wasn’t looking for anything but a proactive, positive response and resolution to the issues. They were dismissive and didn’t tell me they would fix the issues. I’ll probably stay somewhere else in the future bc they seemed annoyed that I brought these issues to their attention; rather than have a game plan to improve. disappointed bc I’ve stayed here 5 times before and had good experience.

Check-in with Nathaniel was great. Breakfast by Trey was excellent. Hotel was clean and comfortable with a nice pet area and waste bags right outside the door. There is a swimming pool though we did not use it. Simple furnishings but very clean and comfortable. We will definitely stay here again.
