Overall, my stay was a mixed experience. On the positive side, the hotel facilities were spacious and the amenity kits were absolutely stunning. However, the service from the local staff was disappointing; they appeared exhausted and were generally unhelpful when I needed assistance. Interestingly, the foreign staff members were much friendlier and more approachable. In terms of location, it is about a 20-minute walk to the main shopping streets, so I wouldn’t recommend it for those on a shopping-focused vacation. While it is near the Yodobashi Camera mall and close to the city center, the distance to the pedestrian zones is notable. I strongly suggest the management look into improving staff engagement and service standards

Hotel was about ten minute walk from train station. As well as close to the main shops which is ten minutes. Room was a decent size and clean. No issues. Appreciated that they had not turned the aircon and set it to hot like so many hotels do as it would have been stuffy if just on heat. Amenities were minimal and no drip coffee bags like other hotels in Japan. We had a standard room with double bed and I would not recommend. We are both tall and it was small for us.

The hotel is opposite side of walking street.You have to get out from Sendai station by East Exit , walk down the escalator to the ground floor and turn right. Just 5 mins walk. Hotel staff is friendly. Room is quite spacious for big luggage. Varieties of Japanese and western breakfast are great. Convinient store is pretty close to hotel but not a big one.
