We (family of 6; 1 senior, 3 adults and 2 kids) stayed there for one night. We had booked two family rooms. Each room had two double beds, comfortable for a night's stay and good sleep. The owner of the place, Yash, had called up on the day of check-in to confirm our reservation. Budget-friendly, clean and comfortable accommodation option for families in a tourist prominent place. Rooms were exactly as in photos and had all the described amenities.

For what I wanted it was good, shower and sleep. Place does need a thorough cleaning from corner to corner not just changing sheets. Fridge and TV was connected to an outlet that needed something to hold plug in. Also fridge needs to be cleaned as well.

Very Friendly staff and humble. Rooms are maintained well. Only issue is very noise to sleep as it is next to the main road.

We stayed here for a weekend and the staff was very friendly. The room and bathroom were neat and clear. All the appliances in the room were in good condition. There are many shopping areas close by. Overall we had a pleasant stay and I would definitely recommend this place

Oldie but adequate

Need mid sized hand towels, not just washclothes andshower towels(could use new towels as they are getting worn out). Adjoining wall room was making loud noise and banging walls at all hours while we tried to sleep. It sounded like a WWE wrestler match at 2-3 AM every night. Room was clean, comfirtable, sheets & linens were good. No safety concerns in the area, only less than 15 minutes to THE FALLS area and easy to get too. Lots of shopping and food within a mile or 2. Front desk was very pleasant and helpful, in addition to providing visitors guide and making recommendations about visiting Niagra State Park, the activities and parking suggestions. This place is an old school Motel that was all we needed for a few days in the Niagra area and affordable.

The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The host is very friendly. he explained all we needed to know about our trip to the niagara falls. we stayed two nights. next to the hotel is literally everything you wish: laundry, supermarket, starbucks, dennys, wendys, mcdonalds etc. we will be back.
