Excellent property! We very much enjoyed the location (right off of Duval but not loud at all), pool, Happy Hour and Breakfast. Our room was very nicely appointed and although the elevator was not working, that did not hinder us at all. The property is well taken care of and the staff was top notch, we particularly appreciated Cary and Catherine (I hope I got her name right, she was awesome) as the front desk and HH and Breakfast attendants. Would certainly stay here again and highly recommend.

The friendly customer service driven attitude they had each day and all the hard work they do is what makes the hotel the best place to stay in Key West. Each day we watches these folks work tirelessly to meet the guests needs and each day they succeeded. That coupled with a beautiful property that feels secluded but really only steps away from all the action combined to give us exactly what we needed in a vacation. Dont miss a chance to stay here!
