Very nice room with beautiful ocean view. They were painting the outside of the structure and we could not go out on the balcony or even open our drapes because there were workers on our balcony all day long. They also used it to store materials. We had the smell of paint in the room also. Terrible stay. This is a timeshare which was not disclosed prior to renting.

Excellent hotel stay!

This hotel was excellent and the perfect place for my visit to Ft. Lauderdale. I came down from NC to enjoy the oceanfront and tropical climate. It didn't disappoint. The hotel room was impressive and plenty of space. All amenities were just right. Everything was great and I highly recommend this for anybody who is looking for a great stay.

Our two balconies were both sealed shut and our windows were covered in blue wrap. There were construction workers walking outside our windows. They said that there is a note about the construction on their website, but I did not see this info on Expedia. We were not offered a discount or any perks for this unexpected, huge change in room description.
