Overall it was fine though like a lot of comfort inns the fixtures seemed old and needing some maintenance. Nothing major just definitely not new. Breakfast was fine and staff very pleasant

Horrible stay

First of all, the room smelled of mildew or something in the air conditioning because when I sanitized and sprayed, it still smelled. No one ever came to give us towels or picked up the trash. We stayed there for 4 nights, but let one day early. Breakfast was always late start. I think everyone needs to be fired and start over again.

The carpet was ripped and walls are thin. Noise from room next door was disturbing from their tv and that guest hitting snooze on his alarm from 4:45-8:00 in the morning to talking in the hall and gas station noise next door. Eggs and sausage at breakfast were not edible.

This is an older hotel & I guess for the price you get what you pay for. The hotel smelled of either strong cleaning chemicals or bug spray. My room seemed damp/musty when I got there, when I woke up the next morning the carpet was wet enough that when I went from the carpet to the tile it left footprints. I'm not sure if it was wet from the air conditioner or the refrigerator. There were bugs in the sink and a lot of rust in the bath tub. Tv selection was horrible. Desk person when I checked in was great and the breakfast was good.

Back exit door 2 doors away from my room was bot closing property, it had a wooden wood across the door ans it was broken, like someone broke in. My restroom was dirty, dirty floors, mildew on shoer walls, peeled paint. Horrible make ready. The unit smells like mildew or humidity. My daughter woke up with a insect bite. Someone knocked on my door sevral times past midnight. Ofcourse i didnt open the door.

When to Pharr for a concert, go to hotel and we were told that an additional $100 deposit was needed for incidentals. The staff seemed to not know when or how long said deposit would be held on my card. Also they seemed understaffed and unorganized, I paid in advance and was told that my card and name were wrong.

Hotel muy recomendable

Habitación limpia y en buen estado, desayuno bueno nos dieron el horario de 7a10 am, bajamos a las 9:30 AM y pedimos jugo por qué ya no había y la chica que estaba en ese servicio dijo que ya no era hora para rellenar nada, aún así nos dió 2 vasos ese fue el único inconveniente.
