The staff is terrible. There is no concept of customer service. Do not rely on shuttle service as they won’t provide it in bad weather, rainy weather and on weekends. There is no breakfast as they claim. They will give a cup of coffee with a muffin in the name of breakfast. Worst experience ever.

Advertised as having an airport shuttle. IT DOES NOT RUN ON THE WEEKEND. Had to take a cab each way. Breakfast is a joke. Little plastic wrapped muffins and Caffe with sweetened coffee mate. Room is standard.
