Rooms were clean, but a bit worn. I believe they charged extra for added visitors since I had 2 rooms for 6 people, but only had 4 towels. No free coffee in the lobby, had to wait quite a while until someone showed up to man the counter. Rooms were very noisy with mechanical sounds of water running and hvac - over 60db at night. Very nice view on the river side, but I would try some where else given a choice.

Positives- The room was spacious and clean. The staff was friendly and courteous. Negatives- -The AC system is ridiculous. The heat was on in the room on full blast when we entered, played around with the thermostat and nothing changed. Spoke to someone at the lobby and they said they would send the engineer up to fix... they just turned off the thermostat and opened the window! -The food at the lounge was horrible. Tacos, wings and fries. Everything looked and tasted like it had been cooked the day before. Other than that it was a it was fine.
