I use to stay here allot. It included free breakfast at the cafe across the street . Massage on site . Art classes . It’s def changed. . We booked two beds room. The beds were hard as a rock. They changed the open area by pool to their own cafe . Includes breakfast at hotel now Which is weak coffee and hard dry toast .. room came with two small bottles of water. I asked for a couple more bc we hadn’t gotten to store it was late was told no .. they are all counted. So would miss inventory for tomorrow .. so I had to have them fil my empty bottle three times . Asked for egg rate . Didn’t have .. but gave me a foam couch cushion .. asked blanket .. got a sheet . Used to locate place .. I usually stay in a room with king bed. Those beds were softer.

The manager Gerardo and his staff were great. For the money the hotel was a deal, pool area was nice and quiet. The lady that ran the breakfast was awesome and very accommodating. Very close to 5th Ave, upscale grocery store 2 blocks away and walmart was only a 10 - 15 minute walk.

The only nice thing I have to say is the location is pretty good. The construction on 3 sides of the hotel, plumbing that resulted in needing to use the staff bathroom for 24 hours, inabilty to give us hand soap for 3 days, unwillingness to give us enough towels for every person staying in the room, no screen on our patio door and the hotel’s unwillingness to work with us or provide any type of offset or compensation - detracted from our stay. Other things like: uncomfortable beds, not enough blankets, no glasses/cups in the room, cold pre-toasted toast, unwillingness to let us take coffee/tea back to room, only cleaning our room on the last day of our stay are likely more a function of the quality/standards of the property which should probably be classified as a 2 star motel at best.
