The owner said he was taking a deposit of $65 and it would not charge our card. He charged the card and would not give us a receipt. The hotel was not very clean.

The stay wasn’t awful, but what hotel doesn’t have coffee?!?! The very first picture on the Expedia website for this hotel is a coffee station. There was no coffee on the premises at all. I asked. Sincerely, You very disappointed, coffee-addicted guest.

The entire first floor of this building is sub ground level and the rooms smell of mold and mildew. The front desk staff acknowledged that they are aware of this ongoing issue. It is also documented in Google reviews and they do admit that they understand people with allergies will not be comfortable living in this space. Furthermore, after unnecessarily checking another room because I do not have any need to put my health in Jeopardy, the second room was found to be in multiple states of disrepair rusted door frames stains on the walls from rust drippings from the ceiling fan in the bathroom, dirty linens on the beds, dirty furniture with stains on the chairs. Upon viewing both rooms within the 30 minute timespan I brought both of these issues to the front desk and was told that there was a strict no refund policy. This place is a scam! If you're in the middle of an active drug addiction and you're spiraling out of control, this is the hotel for you.

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in

Nasty, trashy, sketchy. Worst hotel experience ever. Looks like run down dorm rooms. Room has very bad smell. Killed multiple large bugs in the room. Could hear everything through the walls. Smoke detector beeping they couldn’t be bothered to change the battery in. Doors started slamming around 5am. Water stain & bubble on ceiling from room above. Was nervous more water would come in. Tv remote didn’t have battery cover on it showing how little they care. Sheets smelled of BO like they hadn’t been washed. Water tasted nasty. Front desk called and interrupted me to move my car after I parked saying I parked in a “bike parking” spot. Went to move my car and saw zero signage saying this and spot was same size as all the others. Meanwhile they didn’t care about the car parked two spots over all night that was completely straddling the line taking up two spots. Lots of police activity in the area.

I was changed twice for the room. Once for the card i scanned at check in and was charged again on the card used to book online. I selected to pay at the front desk, but i guess they make more money by charging online and at the desk. I want my money back.

Property is disgusting. Paid for a "premium" room and got a room literally in a basement. Lights did not work when I walked in. Used cell phone light to see where I was going, immediately found smashed food and bugs on the floor. Dogs constantly barking in adjacent units. Chunk of wood wedged in sliding window as a makeshift lock. Complained immediately to clerk, she said these issues "weren't their fault" and refused to cancel my stay. Claimed she did not have permission to offer refunds. Took my room key but refused to give me any paperwork. Called manager who came in and said "I don't need any paperwork because they have cameras". Had Expedia call to authorize a cancellation of my booking (which I had made only three hours prior) but they refused to grant it. Explained I would need to file incident report with the police if they refused to give me proper documentation of my transaction. They didn't care. Police were unable to convince owner to issue the refund or to even write acknowledgement that I wasn't staying there. Expedia told me they normally cannot issue refund in this scenario except for how rude and unreasonable the operator was when they spoke, so I got a 100% refund but I was lucky to get it. DO NOT STAY HERE unless saving $10 is your only way to survive and you are willing to have very, very low standards. You are 100% GUARANTEED to be disappointed and this operator will give you NOTHING back once you book. You've been warned.

That hotel was awful!! Run down, bad management, I felt like a prisoner now than a guest in that hotel. I'm never booking with Expedia again because it's always something!! I got bit up by ants in the hotel bed! Instead of management showing empathy and apologizing for my situation they were concerned with me wanting a refund!! Then apparently you can't have visitors! Something that I was never informed about. I am a professional model and my photographer only stopped by to pick me up. He wasn't going to be an overnight guest. It's crazy! I've never heard of sick thing for adult accommodation. That place is ran by frugal foreigners who have no customer service skills! Even when I showed them my neck and the picture of the acts they still denied it was their issue!!! Yes, I thought it was just a mosquito bite at first and didn't alert them right away because I had to leave for my shoot. I have pictures before I left the hotel and when I came back where you can see the huge swelling bites on my neck! Never again!!!
