Spacious suite in a building of condos. Quiet. Great view. Comfortable bed and bedding. Friendly or completely neutral neighbors in this super dog friendly building and neighborhood. Noisy stay - just okay

The unit was roomy and nice. The property hallways were confusing to navigate. The parking was not easy to access. The unit was extremely noisy. The unit above us had a loud party from 12:30 am - 4:30 am. This disrupted our sleep and affected our following day.

This property is not a hotel! It's a coordinated collection of ABNB style condos. The size of the rooms was great! The rooms were good. They clearly get the typical cleaning services between visitors which keeps the floors clean but leaves the furniture and some surfaces, like cabinets, looking a bit dirty. I booked for 4 rooms using my own phone number for all. Since the phone number is tied to your phone app that provides your room access, it was a fiasco. Hours on phone to fix up access and contact info for each couple. Great location, big rooms. Mixed feelings on cleanliness. No on-site staff to help you! All on phone, be it with some very helpful and empathetic folks.

Location is great. Easy 15 minute walk to broadway. Room was large and well appointed as described. The cleanliness was not as clean as I would like, dust bunnies visible under the bed and in the corners. The units could use an update, fresh coat of paint, shower floor could be resealed. The place has lots of potential, it was just taken over by a new owner, hopefully they do a few updates. Overall for what you get in relation to the cost it was a fair deal. If you are ok with dust bunnies and a shower floor that needs some TLC, it’s a good deal

The hotel was in a nice area, easily accessible and the process overall was very straightforward. The room was clean, modern and had any amenity one would want or need in a hotel room. This was an affordable option compared to other local hotels so overall I was happy with my experience.
