Not the fault of the management but someone smoked in the room prior to our stay. It was covered up by some air freshener so we could not immediately tell but became more and more obvious especially when we came back the second night. They might as well remove the TVs because the internet is so slow that all it does is buffer. Won’t stay there again.

Super 8's are known to be a budget hotel chain, this one being an older one with updates underway. The staff gives you 100% effort. Nick took very good care of us and met our needs as they arised. Nick and his family work very hard. I would stay here again.

We were supplied with 2 towels for our week. Housekeeping staff never changed them or the trash. The pool was colder than the pools in Michigan. Breakfast consisted of bread for making toast and stale fruit loops. You could never find anyone in the front office when needed. No security, which means guests were yelling all night or pounding on doors. There was also a sign in the lobby that said pets were not allowed, but somehow there was dog poop in the grass all around the rooms.

Everything seemed to be worn out in the room, electrical sockets. No bathroom stopper for the tub no smoke alarm and ripped off the wall. Stench of chemicals in the room never had breakfast. We walked in and there was faeces tracked in all around the food area could smell it just left Went for breakfast somewhere else.

The room was not very clean. I always wear socks on a tile floor and they were filthy while only being worn in the room. The sink fixture wasn't secured and moved when you turned on the faucet. As was the toilet paper holder in the bathroom. Although there was a sign on the vanity mirror stating towels and sheets would be changed after 3 days, or more often upon requests, nothing was done. We stayed 4 nights and never received clean towels, sheets, nor trash emptied. When we inquired at the front desk, we were told we had to ask regardless of what the signage stated in room. Person at desk was very hard to understand and not at all helpful. The pool was full of leaves. It was professionally cleaned the 2nd day we were there but it was by a large tree and the leaves continually blew in. No one ever used the skimmer to remove the leaves. Most of the pool furniture was filthy and broken. Hotel is on an extremely busy and noisy road. Internet was spotty and TV kept freezing up. Very disappointing!!
