Yes no heat was on. It was so cold. Only one light blanket on the bed. Not 1 cup in the room to use. The microwave turn plate was broken. The ice machine was not working. Bread and bagels had nothing to put on them, not much else to eat. Don't want to go back there.

Upon arrival to our room the heat was turned off. It was twenty some degrees out and took 3 hours to get the room warm. If you know you’re going to assign a room the heat should be on in winter months. Also there were cigarette burns on our bedding. Old food in the refrigerator we threw away and can tell it wasn’t cleaned with care.
