Front desk staff, Brian was extremely professional. Our assigned room had issues and he managed that professionally by immediately attending to the root cause, acknowledging it, aplogizing and ensuring we got the resolution we need. He personally checked everything out before engaging us regarding the steps he took. We didn't expect that professionalism and gesture. Much appreciated to have met a staff like him that day.
