staff was helpful, room was fine. The one issue was that the room had the sink in the living area and not the bathroom and there as a dresser blocking the sink so you could only access it from the side. Not sure why the sink was moved out of the bathroom but it would be fine if the dresser wasn't blocking it. Other than that it was clean and quiet with a comfortable bed.

The woman working the front desk was wonderful but parking very difficult and the room was very dirty I had to purchase cleaner and scrub the tub myself I didn't want to take any chances.. the carpet and linens look to used everything with this very old and musty but it is a great location

The staff was friendly and professional, and the room itself was very clean. However, the overall experience was impacted by a few issues. I had to wait over 30 minutes to check in because the front desk was left unattended with no coverage. Functionality was a major failure. There are no elevators, and the refrigerator, coffee maker, and microwave were all set on a table that wasn’t even plugged into an outlet—the cord was about three feet short. As a result, none of the appliances were usable. Expecting guests to move a bulky microwave onto the floor just to plug it in is simply not practical.

This hotel is a little bit funky. But acceptable. Location good. Not too far from SJC. Parking is plentiful and well lit. Looks like a reasonably safe neighborhood. I would say the corridors in the hotel need to be repainted. The swimming pool is not ready for use yet. A little bit of trash (Small stuff like gum/candy wrappers) in the parking lot but not too bad. Check-In desk is now man 24/7. That's an improvement! Each room that I've been in the three times I've stayed here are big enough. All of them have microwave and fridge. Plenty of hot water. Bathtub. Cable TV with all the channels that you could want. So for the price, a pretty good value.
