They threaten to make you pay $150 a day if you lose your wristband and it is the only way to get into your room. This part was a huge turn off. The pools, restaurants and amenities are great but the beach is horrible and looks black with seaweed for about a 100 feet out which makes it unable to swim in so that was disappointing to be in Cancun without being able to use the beach.
