The hotel is in a solid location: less than a block to walmart and a mall. Roughly a 15-minute drive from downtown Anchorage. There is a free hotel shuttle that will take you anywhere within a 5 mile radius. Staff was great, asked to move rooms due to the loudness in our room from being next to the mechanical room. The staff was accommodating and helped us move rooms within minutes. We will be staying here again next time we visit Anchorage.

The staff was friendly yet professional. Rayn even helped me get my luggage inside on a very snowy day. The breakfast was excellent. The room as clean and the beds were comfortable. The only problem was a VERY slow drain in the sink in our room 111. It would collect all water and drain very slowly. I reported it at check out. Hopefully that will be fixed before the next traveler stays there.
