Welcoming of weary travelers.

The reason for the stars is because the staff was so helpful and accommodating when our flight experienced multiple delays. The check-in process was seamless once we arrived and the staff was very kind.

They allowed us to check in early which was a big plus. They held our luggage until the room was ready which was nice. It is also in a great location across from the port.

Cruise time!

Stayed here before. No issues. Could use some updating, but for the price, all is good. Cruise port shuttle was private and cost more than quoted. Hallways smelled of mildew, but I assume that’s part of being so close to the ocean and amount of humidity in the air.

The lobby is beautiful and the staff were great but the hotel definitely needs an upgrade. It wasn't a bad stay and I definitely appreciated that they gave me a late check out. We stayed for the convenience of being right across the street from Bayside.

Okay place

The staff was professional and service was great however the room was very outdated. Tube was nasty and rusted. The hotel is around a lot of amenities. It’s across form outlets and store close by. It’s was old, nasty and outdated.
