I thought that being part of NH this hotel would meet a minimum standard of quality. Unfortunately the room didn’t age well and needs remodeling and maintenance, especially in the bathroom. Very disappointing. The view on the Rhine River was spectacular though.

Une première chambre avec un lavabo plus que fèlé. Changement de chambre et de gros doute sur la propreté. Des traces de tartre et des poils sur le rebord extérieur du bac à douche.... Eine Renovierung der Zimmer wäre dringend nötig! Die Einrichtung ist total veraltet und ein Bad mit hoher Badewanne ist für ältere Menschen nicht benutzbar. Außerdem fährt in der Nacht ein Güterzug alle paar Minuten vorbei (gefühlt durchs Zimmer).

Great location and views, amenities not to par

Location on the Rhein was great, view from room was exceptional. No air conditioning in this hotel, on summer day room was over 80 degrees Fahrenheit. Fan was in the closet. Bathroom sink and toilet was in very poor condition, shower was so small you could barely move in it.

It's a little dated but beds are comfortable and clean. And although it was 90°F, an open window and the supplied fan kept the room reasonably cool! Nice people at the front desk, too. Perfectly good for a night or two!
