This is an older hotel. They are trying but there was dirt in the corners of the bathroom and tub. The air conditioner inside was dirty. Dust was prevalent on the lamps.

At first Hotel was nice, then found out the main reason I booked there (pool & hot tub) were out of order and had been for a few months now. Room was spacious and nice until I found out the bed had bugs. Found that out while trying to sleep and kept irritation and red marks along with bad itching. They did move me to another room and double checked to make sure it didn't happen again.

We were never notified that the pool and hot tub were not working and before they told us, ran my card. Still have not been refunded the money that was taken out and was told that we may still get charged for a cancellation fee. Booked originally 2 months prior due to events going on that weekend in town. Not happy. Drove over 3 hours to get there, and because the had a pool and hot tub.

Your comment about the guests loving the hot tub is a complete lie! The pool and hot tube are both closed and not working! I checked in, went to my room long enough to aee about getting a different hotel room and left! The place spoils be shutdown!!

Room was trash, toilet had paper in it, sheets had stains, sink was missing a stopper but that didn’t matter since the sink didn’t drain anyways. The armoire had a broken door than was just set inside the piece of furniture. Door didn’t close behind me, had to be pushed to close. Building and rooms were not m state of disrepair.
