Location is great, just a block away from Paddington, but on a quieter street. Also 5 minutes walk to Hyde Park (near the Italian Garden cafe) which makes it great for morning coffee. The room and bathroom are on the smaller side, but you can't beat the price. Very clean and comfortable.
