The room had many cockroaches, insects, and cob-webs. The curtains had holes. Carpet looked super old. The door at the bottom had a clear visible gap which likely allowed nocturnal insects to easily sneak into the room at night. There was even an insect smashed into the ceiling wall (likely by previous person in the room)

To be quite honest this hotel is a complete dump. The only reason I stayed was because of the incredible young lady that checked us in. We had a problem with the first room and she moved us into another. If it wasn’t for her, I would’ve just abandoned that reservation and moved to a different place. Days in is lucky to have an incredible staff member behind that counter. I did not catch her name, but she was absolutely awesome. My wife and I smoke and we chose a smoking room and I’m used to having room rooms that are not that great to begin with when they are smoking rooms. But I would not recommend this hotel and I will never stay there again.

The room was disgusting! The rooms had boo-boo on the wall! Roaches! The pictures do NOT MATCH the ones on the internet. The carpets are filthy! The front desk agent lied and said the rooms look like they do on the internet.

The room was okay, but one of the lights was burned out and the TV volume didn't seem to be able to be turned up enough. Both bedspreads were stained and had seen better days. Pretty basic, clean. The showerhead sprayed in every direction. The place seemed pretty deserted and the pool had been drained. I was also surprised that the breakfast offered didn't open early enough; usually they open at 6am. My family had stayed at a motel by Wyndham in Klamath Falls OR and it was very nice, so I was expecting the same standards.

The hotel was a dump. The building was dilapidated. The amenities were broken, full of cigarette burns, ripped and absolutely filthy. Nothing was clean. Everything needs to be replaced. And the worst part besides all of that was the bug infestation! It was a true reach motel. Is give zero stats if possible. This hotel needs to be condemned! I want a full refund!
