Cleanliness is deficient.The ground-floor restroom, corridor, and elevator were filthy; cleaning the doors, handles, and windows would be essential. It seems to be a shelter for immigrants or immigrant families in difficulty. I'm not against immigrants, but cleanliness in a hotel is paramount.

But service at the front desk was terrible, limit rude, unhappy unbothered employees (mostly the 2 ladies that we got, the man was ok) hardly greeting customers and felt annoyed when we checked in.
