The entire hotel looked like it was falling apart once we reached the elevator. The AC also didn’t work. The staff was nice but they informed us that the building was in the middle of being switched to the AC so it was going to be hot. Our room was 80 degrees and we were drenched in sweat. It was miserable, especially for the price that we paid and not having anything to offer like breakfast included in the pricing.

The history of this hotel is great. New guests need to be brought up to the real of status of the Red Lion Chain. And the staff are excellent. Prices are best I have seen in years. This puts me back into some travel into the new year. Also the connection to Sonesta seems to be a great partnership. Thanks
