Clean, quiet (courtyard room). Desk person was able to get us our room earlier in the afternoon as we arrived earlier that check-in, and with no car we had nowhere to go. Reading lights attached to the headlights didn’t work. I was disappointed not to get my Choice Hotel Rewards accepted for my stay. Next time I won’t use hotels.com for my Choice bookings. Will go direct to the hotel.

The area is fine, 6 min from Costco which has the cheapest gas bc gas in CA is SO expensive, 25/30 min from all the stuff we wanted to do in San Francisco which we knew but the price was good and there was parking!!! Which was so hard to find in the original hotel we had in the city. I’d say the loud sound of the train though woke me up a couple times, that’s pretty much my compliant. Breakfast was fine too.

Jacuzzi was advertised but when we got there the jacuzzi was drained and closed, also beds are rock hard and uncomfortable, tv only had 10 channels that actually worked, ice machine probably need to be cleaned because the ice tasted slimy and gross.
