Last week, we spent two nights in here and the we went to Kyoto and came back to Smile Shin Osaka Hotel for another three nights. The staffs are very nice and two beds room is very spacious and clean. The hotel is only few 6-8 minutes walk to Metro and Shin Osaka Eki, is very convenient and the location is quite, we had a good sleep every night. Lawson is just opposite to the hotel, good!! Will book this hotel again if we visit Osaka again.

Staff are friendly and polite. Rooms are clean, and it was helpful they provided a robe you can wear in the room and that coin-operated washing machines/dryers didn’t require you to have detergent.
