Our flight was delayed several hours. There is not a real person there to answer calls and no one at the front desk. We couldn't check into our room because the policy is to email the property with your ID for a code to check in but no email was ever provided. We had to find accommodations elsewhere and were still charged. Horrible management.

The staff was awesome but it is run-down and quite shabby. The toilet leaked. The water for the shower did not get warm. The shampoo dispenser was broken off the wall and just set in the shower. It was also hard to park there. On the other hand, the location was great. It is clearly a family business.

Pool was full of leaves, very little seating outside. We were allocated 2 poolside rooms, 5 and 9 ?. Both were in need of at upgrade, the rooms had full lenght window looking out to pool giving no privacy, the doors had combination locks which were temperamental and we felt were not secure. Safety was a big concern. The bedding was well used, especially the pillows, one room had a punch hole in the headboard, beds were far below average, shower was old and worn out, hairs found in one of the beds. We did not stay and found accommodation elsewhere. I felt the website and photos very misleading. No one was at reception when we arrived, nice lady showed us to the rooms but motel definitely not worth the money they wanted

The excellent customer service was amazing there. I would definitely return anytime I’m down in florida visiting. Although it was a last minute booking Nikki made sure she took care of me in the changes I ask her for and the best part she made sure she gave me an opportunity to check in early for Christmas which was a huge plus and upgraded are room as well thanks for the wonderful hospitality!

Keep in mind this is a budget hotel, no frills. The room was plain, small bathroom, decent condition. Unfortunately there was no heat, only cooling. Being in Florida this is not generally a problem, but I went on the coldest weekend, lows in 30s and 40s, and the room was very cold in the morning. It was okay as I just needed a place to sleep. I arrived early and no one was at the office until 3pm wheich is check-in time.. the staff was nice.
