We arrived late after a 14-hour drive and found the room in poor condition—sticky floors and a strong, overwhelming chemical odor. It seemed a concentrated cleaner was used without proper dilution, making the air difficult to breathe. My wife nor I could sleep. We had to leave the hotel at 3 AM due to health concerns and drive 12 more hours with no rest This experience was extremely disappointing and unsafe.
