Disappointed Guest Report
Upon entering the room, I expected at least basic standards of cleanliness and maintenance, but several issues immediately stood out:
1. Carpet Stains & Wear – The carpet is stained and unevenly cleaned in multiple areas, especially near walls and furniture. The patterns only highlight how worn and inconsistent the upkeep is.
2. Sink & Faucet Area – The sink shows signs of neglect, with visible grime and mineral buildup around the faucet. It’s not only unsightly but raises hygiene concerns.
3. Furniture Condition – The cabinetry is chipped and scuffed, with rust on the bottom edge and signs of long-term wear that haven’t been addressed.
4. Surfaces – Dusty, smudged, or sticky spots are visible on counters and furniture tops, indicating a lack of thorough cleaning between guests.
5. Wall & Fixture Maintenance – There are splatter marks and water stains around bathroom fixtures and walls. These should be cleaned regularly and are clearly overlooked.
6. Shower Shelf – The corner shelf in the shower is poorly maintained and looks unsanitary. The caulking is sloppy and aged, with visible residue.
7. Electrical & Bed Area – Behind the nightstand and bed, dust, food particles, and a tangle of exposed cords make the area feel neglected and unsafe—clearly not cleaned in quite some time.
Overall, the room does not reflect the standard promised or expected. It appears superficially wiped down but not properly cleaned or maintained to meet guest expectations. This experience is f
