We stayed at this hotel last year and it was excellent but it has gone downhill in the last year. This time there was hair and a used HAIRY soap bar in the shower. The water pressure was non existent and the breakfast bar was nothing but 1 waffle maker and cereal. There was a 3 inch gap between the front door and the frame that I could fit half my hand in making me feel unsafe. The elevator inspection was also 3 months months past its expiration date and to top it off the fire alarm went off at 5 am for no apparent reason so we were outside in the wind and rain.
