This Quality Inn location should either be fully gutted and renovated or demolished. Although I did not request a smoking room, I was told that nothing else was available, when I complained at the desk. The room wreaked with the stench of smoking. It was dingy, dirty, stained, needed a good paint job. The ONLY reason I stayed was because the ben had fresh linen and was clean enough. However, I could not wait to check out and leave. NEVER AGAIN!

Filthy. Drug infested. Room was gross with water pouring out of toilet and bugs. Smelled. Very unsafe. DONT BOOK here. I was exhausted and I’m usually flexible. This was too gross so I left within minutes and requested money back from front door manager. Stayed on phone the whole time because of fear(not like me). Yes it was that bad.WORST place I’ve ever been too.

Too much drug activity in the back of the property and you can't even sit in the chairs in the rooms. They're all chewed up tore up stained up, and it smells like someone crapped in the room. Very hard to get clean towels. The bed had crumbs in it when I went to go to bed. That night so I had to pull the sheets off, very horrible place, unsafe a lot of criminal activity. It's going on at the back of the unit.And by the pool.

The room was dirty, as I was walking in the front desk clerk was walking out with a toilet seat. I was a bit perplexed over this. I went to lock the door and the latch was broken off. As I walked into the bathroom there was a hole in the floor about 6 inches wide and the lament was covering it. There were bugs on the walls in the bathroom. Tv did not work just over all an extremely bad experience.

We arrived at the hotel and there was no peep hole in the door, hollow wood. A stripper pole sticker on the fridge and paint on the walls. Mold smell , we turned around and called you immediately for a refund. We left and checked in to another hotel. Not a good place , trash everywhere and a prostitution handing on the stairs. Awful place and I told the front desk I’m not staying here and it’s not safe . He immediately said okay and I will have hotels.com issue you refund thanks Cheryl Willis

I got sleepy while traveling so I decided to stop for a shower and a good nights rest. The room had blood stains on the wall in the bathroom, someone etched “Big D and Lil C” on the mirror, there were guys hanging out by my door smoking drugs! I felt so uncomfortable and UNSAFE, I left only 6 hours after arriving. I felt like I was going to be in danger if I stayed there. Very disappointed.
