Stay Details: - Check-in: March 28 - Check-out: March 29 - Reservation Name: Tiffany Patton During and immediately after my stay, I experienced a serious health issue consistent with exposure to insect bites (suspected bed bugs or similar pests) within the room. I have since developed: - Multiple clustered bite marks across my back - Swelling and inflammation on my arm and wrist - Ongoing irritation and discomfort requiring treatment The pattern, severity, and timing of these bites clearly indicate exposure occurred during my stay at this property. This is a direct failure of basic sanitation and guest safety standards. Additionally, the overall condition of the room did not match expectations and raised concerns about cleanliness and maintenance. As a result, I have been forced to: - Treat a physical skin reaction - Sanitize and isolate personal belongings to prevent contamination - Deal with unnecessary stress and inconvenience Resolution Requested: I am formally requesting: 1. Only working plugs were on lamp by bed. Floor dirty. TV not working. No batteries in either remotes. Only 2 small and thin towels and 2 wash cloths. Unable to check in when arriving as system down, went away for 2 hours, then returned.

Thursday 3/19 I checked in 221 and my first room had no air and lots of mold in bathroom or heat so they told me I will have to wait until fri morning so around 9 am Friday 3/20 I moved to room 523 and the same thing but more problems to the room is very nasty told me they can’t move me because there was no rooms Albert Proctor Jr 513-284-0466 I have pictures of both rooms I was not happy with my stay I want a half refund or a full refund of some gets back to me about this in at less a week or I will be calling the bank

NO room has AC or HEAT….! If you happen to already been there a day or two and decide to book another couple days thru a 3rd party site they’ll give you the option to either check out at 11 and return at 3….or pay $40 dollar early check in fee! If you lose your card key…they’ll charge you $5

We booked this last minute to serve as a place to wait out our delayed flight. It was eventually cancelled, so we ended up moving to a different hotel that was cleaner and we felt better staying in. In the room we received, the floor was dirty, every layer of bed sheets were dirty. It was just gross. Even the lamp shade was falling apart.

In my 59 years of living, this is the worst place that I have ever stayed at. Within the first 24 hours I had to move to three different rooms. And the last was not what I booked. Each and every room was filthy and nasty. Each room had mold in the bath rooms and some had active leaks soaking the floor. Each room had things that did not work and broke. My last room the A/C did not work. The floors had missing planks which presents a trip hazard and unsafe. I could see daylight out of the bottom of my door. Other people’s hair were in the shower which did not drain. There is NO WAY this hotel should be open to the public.

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!!!! The staff was nice however the hotel itself? Absolutely disgusting! There were stains all over the furniture some looking like blood stains. There were holes in the walls looking like someone punched it or put someone’s head through it. The room smelled horrible and the ac didn’t work. We were put in 2 different rooms and they were the same so I’m sure the rest of the property is also like this! The doors also did not shut all the way and it was just overall very unsafe feeling.

It wasn't too bad at all. The bed was comfortable. There were a few minor things that I cannott complain too much about. The heater seemed to be on the blink but they loaned me a portable heater which made things a bit more comfortable. All in all if you need a reasonably priced hotel room it is not too shabby.
