I like the Cal Expo area and was hoping for a better experience at this location. The double bed suite was the highlight of the stay. The hotel was just alright. The walls were paper thin. We could hear conversations, tv's, coffee makers, it was pretty loud. The staff were nice, no complaints there. The breakfast was good and the gym was clean. The beds weren't comfortable at all they were a bit too hard for me and the pillows were way too soft and small for a king mattress. They charge for parking ($10) which I think is so stupid because were paying to stay there i assume it would be included. We had to add an additional night & they charged me twice. The parking fee isn't crazy expensive so I wont call and make a fuss but, i thought that was ridiculous. Overall the hotel overall was clean and suited our need for the three nights we stayed.
