Was placed in a room next to storage closet and it was extremely noisy with staff banging in and out of the closet at all hours especially early in the morning. Check-in was tedious as paperwork was not ready even though reservation was made 8 days prior. Breakfast was non palatable… tried to make a fresh waffle and the batter came out gray and oily.

Staff was great. When I got to my room some towels from the previous guests were left hanging in the back of the bathroom door. I had fresh towels, so I left them there. Also, the body wash container was empty, but I had soap with me and used it. I also had to go to the front desk to get a remote for the TV.
