It’s a beautiful property, but the a la carte restaurants are imposible to get in so you have to end up eating at the buffet, which serves the same food every day. The a la carte restaurants are small and reservations fill out fast. The buffet restaurant also gets long lines, definitely not worth the all inclusive price.

The room was spacious and very clean. The staff was friendly. The grounds were beautiful and well kept. The only issues were the boat traffic made the water rough and murky so difficult to snorkel, the beach area is cramped, no elevator and was on the 3rd floor, and the A/C was very loud (but worked well). Great place, love the location! The food was good, and the snorkeling on the beach at the resort was excellent this time, I'm sure it is dependant on weather conditions and events. Close to other snorkeling locations, and lots of excursions available. We still love the beach, they have done a great job trying to keep up with the beach erosion (which is not their fault!!).
