The front desk assistant Manager, Lourdes, has absolutely no customer service skills. The hotel states online via google that checkout is at 12pm. We did not know this was inaccurate and were charged late fees. There is a sign in the front desk which states checkout is at 11am but it was facing the wrong direction and not visible to the hotel guests. She flipped the sign as if this was proof we were incorrect, and stated we should know not to use google to look up her hotels information.
We watched (3) separate customers get upset about various issues this morning relating to incorrect check out, and Lourdes did not care to assist anyone, but proceeded to aggrivate each customer she spoke with.
As a business owner, it is quite simple to adjust the google hours to reflect the correct hours of operation for your business. To blame the customers and ruin your hotels reputation for a late check out fee is foolish and is the reason my company will not return to this hotel again.
