Unfortunately, my stay was quite uncomfortable due to noise and room issues. The windows let in a very strong breeze and did little to block outside sound. Throughout the night we were repeatedly woken up by noise from the street — not just background city noise, but people shouting and talking louder than we were even speaking in the room, which was genuinely startling to wake up to. Noise from adjoining rooms was also very noticeable, making it difficult to rest properly. On top of that, when we first arrived, there was a strong and unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom, which set a poor first impression. Overall, the lack of soundproofing and basic comfort made it hard to relax or sleep, which is disappointing for a hotel stay.

Very helpful staff. Great location. Clean room. Nice bar. There was no area to hang clothes only 2 coat hooks. Milk is not provided for coffee as standard in your room even though there is a fridge although they will provide milk in a glass if you ask. Only green tea was provided in the room, no black tea or fruit tea.
